+ For refunds contact must be made within 24 hours of the item being delivered. The item must be returned to us within 7 days.
+ For store credit please get in touch within 3 days of your item being delivered, the item must be returned to us within 10 days.

+ Refunds available for items that are tried on in store within 3 days of purchasing online.
+ Refund available for items collected within 3 days and returned the next day.
+ Store credit available for items collected and returned within 10 days of purchase.

We do our best to only sell items in good pre-loved condition. However, if your item is faulty or is not in the condition you expected please get in touch.
